How to use

Junior High School Start of Application:


  1. The school will open the application portal Grade 7 applicants for the SY 2024-2025 from March 1-31, 2024. Failure to submit all the requirements within the dates indicated will nullify the application.
  2. The application will be conducted online through lsae.tsu.edu.ph. Before the application, the student must ensure that:
    1. He or she is applying for Grade 7 for the SY 2024-2025 as the Institution does not accept transferees for Grade 8, Grade 9, and Grade 10.
    2. He or she has completed two quarters from Grade 6 and is currently not enrolled in any other schools for Grade 7.

Senior High School Start of Application:


  1. The school will open the application portal Grade 11 applicants for the SY 2024-2025 from March 1-31, 2024. Failure to submit all the requirements within the dates indicated will nullify the application.
  2. The application will be conducted online through lsae.tsu.edu.ph. Before the application, the student must ensure that:
    1. He or she is applying for Grade 11 for the SY 2024-2025 as the institution does not accept transferees for Grade 12.
    2. He or she has completed two quarters from Grade 10 and is currently not enrolled in any other schools for Grade 11.

How to use


  1. To apply, click REGISTER TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
  2. Fill out your Email address, Given Name, Last Name and Password for creation of Account or Fill out your Email address and Password for Facebook association Account then click “I have read and agreed to the Data Privacy Notice” and click Register (It is important to use your current, valid and active E-mail address).
  3. Fill out the Application Form with all the necessary information
    1. Personal Information, Addresses, Family Background, Educational Background, Other Information and Survey.
    2. Upload your application requirements.

Check your registered email address and TSU LS online application account regularly.


Tarlac State University- Laboratory School Junior High School Admission Policy


Tarlac State University -Laboratory School offers the Junior High School -Basic Education Curriculum Program from Grade 7 to 10. Since its reestablishment in 2021, TSU-LS gradually opened classes on the JHS Level. Next school year, TSU-LS will cater JHS students from Grade 7 to 9, with Grade 7 as the only entry grade level for the program. The following are the admission policies a TSU-LS JHS Applicant must comply with:


  1. The applicant must have completed the Elementary Basic Education of his/her 6" grade during the application.
  2. The applicant must have a General Weighted Average of 90 or higher from the First and Second quarter of the current school year he/she is enrolled in.
  3. Have a very satisfactory rating (or any of its equivalent) in the Character Rating reflected in the previous school year Report Card or as indicated in the Certificate of Good Character.
  4. Be in good health as reflected on the Health Examination Certificate.
  5. The TSU-LS Junior High School does not accept transferee/applicants for Grade 8, Grade 9, and Grade 10. Grade 7 is the only entry point into the TSU- Laboratory School Junior High School.
Junior High School Application Procedures

Below are the details of the selection procedure

  • The student-applicants are required to submit complete prescribed admission requirements online through the TSU-LS Applicant Portal (Isae.tsu.edu.ph)
  • The first stage is to screen applicants in terms of General Weighted Average (GWA) of Grade 6. The first and second quarter grade average must be duly certified by his/her adviser and school principal. Qualified students will then be notified via email for the next application procedure.
  • After the initial screening, the student-applicants are required to take the admission examination administered by the Testing, Evaluation, and Measurement Services Unit following the prescribed examination schedule.

Tarlac State University- Laboratory School Senior High School Admission Policy


Tarlac State University Laboratory School began to offer the Senior High School program since its reestablishment in 2021. The Senior High School program of TSU-LS only offers the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Strand under the Academic Track. The following are the admission policies a TSU-LS SHS Applicant must comply with:


  1. The applicant must have completed his/her Grade 10.
  2. The applicant must have a General Weighted Average of 90 or higher during the first and second quarter of the current school year he/she is currently in.
  3. Have a very satisfactory rating (or any of its equivalent) in the Character Rating reflected in the previous school year Report Card or as indicated in the Certificate of Good Character.
  4. The TSU-LS Senior High School does not accept transferee/applicants for Grade l 2. Grade l 1 is the only entry point into the TSU- Laboratory School Senior High School.
Senior High School Application Procedures

Junior High School Application Requirements:


Before filling-out the TSU-LS Admission Evaluation Application Form, the application must comply and accomplish the following:

  1. Fully accomplished TSU-LSAE online application form through the lsae.tsu.edu.ph.
  2. An image file (PNG, JPG/JPEG) of a recent Passport Size picture of the applicant taken within the last 6 month. The picture must be colored with white background, with only the head and shoulders visible in the picture.
  3. A scanned copy (in PNG, JPG/JPEG format) of the applicant's certified true copy of report card (First and Second Quarter Grades).
  4. A scanned copy of the computed average for the first and second quarter grades duly certified by his/her adviser and school principal.
  5. A scanned copy of the applicant's health examination certificate given at least within the past three months and duly signed by a physician.
  6. A scanned copy (in PNG, JPG/JPEG format) of the applicant's certificate of good moral character.
  7. A scanned copy (in JPEG format) of the applicant's Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate.
